Weekly Forrest Yoga Flow

Gianna offers individualized, hands-on alignment and modifications each student in every group practice. These small group Forrest yoga classes are appropriate for beginners to yoginis looking for a unique, enlightening experience that makes yoga more than exercise.

 

Each session includes:

  • Detailed instruction appropriate for all levels of experience.

  • Guided meditation. 

  • Personalized modifications to poses for individual needs & injuries.

  • Hands-on alignment and healing.

August 2017 Forrest Yoga Intensive

SYL will be on summer break August 1 - September 10, with the exception of August 17-23.

Join Gianna for a full week of Forrest Yoga practice August 17-23. This concentrated week of yoga will help you elevate your practice to a new level. Sessions will be daily from 6:30 - 8:30 am with the exception of Sunday, August 20, which will feature the August Immersion Yoga practice from 9:30 - 12:00.
