Yoga Wisdom Series
This series is all about grounding, reassessment, and releasing. Each class will address all levels of students; blending techniques from Forrest, Vinyasa and Power Flow, Kundalini, and Iyengar yoga.
Each class is mindfully structured with progressive sequences designed to inspire, strengthen, and reconnect you to the innate wisdom of your body. Strengthen and refine your physical practice to ground yourself and release tension.
