In Native American culture, to Walk in Beauty means to be in good relationship with all things (plants, animal, people). It is a philosophy that promotes respect, discipline and integrity. Each of us has a gift and a unique path to walk in this life and yet we share our lives with others, and therefore are inter-dependant.
Despite the turmoil and chaos of current times, how can you walk your life in beauty?
This Yoga Ceremony Series teaches how to approach all aspects of life, the pain and the joy, the lack and the abundance, the challenges and the celebrations, through the lens of self-acceptance and gratitude. The Yoga asana is a repatterning of old attitudes and behaviors. The meditation helps focus and train your mind to anchor to that which is of your highest good.
