In each of us is a unique and sacred way of being in the world, a personal rhythm to how we live our life. Yet, we often struggle with how to balance, honor, and nourish all the parts of who we are. What challenges our best intentions? What do we need to live with balance and ease? How can we BE more, not DO more?
This online workshop is an act of self-love, designed to bring you back into balance with your personal rhythms and your sacred self. Explore the practices of mindfulness, meditation, personal ritual, and yoga. Take time to nourish all parts of your life. ~ mind, body, and spirit ~

You will learn how to:
Embrace the art of Being, not Doing
Nourish your body with intention
Identify what truly feeds your soul and begin to cultivate and harvest your soul food
Create sacred space and connection to your personal life rhythm
Build personal strategies for a clear mind and a healthy body

The Earth is our witness to how we walk our life and gives us everything we need to thrive.
We receive energy and strength from the sun, the air, the water we drink and the land we walk upon.
In yoga this energy is called Shakti, the power of Mother Nature in all forms. Yoga asana practice generates a connection to these natural sources to nourish and heal the body.
During this global pandemic, we are closed up in our homes, There is a collective feeling of helplessness and confusion, anger and grief. Even our ability to breath freely has been compromised.
How might you nourish your physical and mental well-being despite these limitations?
This 3 day series is designed to encourage greater awareness of the Elements ~Earth, Water, Fire & Air~ and teach you how to connect your yoga poses, breathwork and attention to the Earth Elements. This workshop will give you renewed strength, stamina, wellness and mental clarity.
The foundation of this practice is built on global traditions of mind/body pracitces:
Hatha (Sun/Moon) yoga, Forrest Yoga, the Radiance Sutras (Vijnana Bhairava Tantra, 8 c.e.), Chinese Medicine, and Native American teachings & Vision Quest meditation.
You will learn new ways to get grounded, how to breathe deeply, how to open your body, release tension and mental restrictions, how to balance the fire and fluidity of your practice/life, how to connect and absorb these basic, elemental life giving energies.
