The Earth is our witness to how we walk our life and gives us everything we need to thrive. Each of us gain energy and strength from the sun, the air, the water we drink and the land we walk upon. Known as Shakti, the power of Mother Nature in all forms.
Depending on the weather, the season, or the energy around us, our body has a direct response to the its environment. Have you ever noticed when you travel you feel a certain way? When you’re in a different environment your body uses different organs to properly respond and provide for your needs. Also, when the seasons change, our bodies need different types of nourishment. Learning about the proper ways to eat, sleep and nourish the body during these times is essential to relaxing and restoring the nervous system.
During this global pandemic, we have been cut-off from the Earth’s vital energies, closed up in our homes where we work, sleep, eat, and play. Many of us feel restricted, helpless and confused. Even our ability to breath freely has been compromised.
How might you increase your physical and mental well-being despite these limitations?
This 3 day series is designed to encourage greater awareness of the Elements ~Earth, Water, Fire & Air~ and teach you how to use yoga to bring forth strength, stamina, wellness and mental clarity.
Working with global traditions focused on principles of Earth energy; the Radiance Sutras (Vijnana Bhairava Tantra, 8 c.e.) of the Hindu yogic traditions, Chinese Medicine, and Native American teachings of the Heart Beat of Mother Earth, you will learn new ways to get grounded, how to breathe deeply, how to open your body, release tension and mental restrictions, how to balance the fire and fluidity of your practice/life, how to connect and absorb these basic, elemental life giving energies.

In each of us is a unique and sacred way of being in the world, a personal rhythm to how we live our life. Yet, we often struggle with how to balance, honor, and nourish all the parts of who we are. What challenges our best intentions? What do we need to live with balance and ease? How can we BE more, not DO more?
This online workshop is an act of self-love, designed to bring you back into balance with your personal rhythms and your sacred self. Explore the practices of mindfulness, meditation, personal ritual, and yoga. Take time to nourish all parts of your life. ~ mind, body, and spirit ~

You will learn how to:
